Sometimes your roof just needs a repair.

With the aid of digital photos our technicians will educate you on the condition of the areas on your roof that are potential problems. Leak detection and identification can, in many cases, be difficult to find because leaks do not necessarily exit at the same location as where they entered into your roof. Sometimes they will run under the shingles, along the felt until they find a nail hole or other joints in the felt or plywood to enter your attic space. They can eventually run along attic framing and sheetrock and appear in your ceilings or walls, much further away from where they entered. Serious problems can arise if roof leaks are not quickly and correctly repaired.
