This achievement speaks volumes about our focus on employee satisfaction, organizational culture, and overall workplace excellence. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In November, an Energage Workplace Survey asked Sparks&#8217; employees a variety of questions about our culture and values. When asked to describe our culture, employees used words such as fun, creative, supportive, and respectful. When asked why they love working at Sparks, one respondent said, \u201cI have a voice with the company and they take my opinion seriously.\u201d Another wrote, \u201cI love the people I work with and being part of a team of extremely smart and talented people.\u201d Employees chose execution, values, and meaningfulness as Sparks\u2019 top organizational strengths. The survey concluded that 90% believe we operate with strong values, 88% believe we are an inclusive workplace, and 88% would highly recommend working here.
