Made Real.&#8221; to life at SAP Sapphire &amp; ASUG Annual Conference 2025, SAP partnered with Sparks for experiential design and creative direction, Freeman for full-service production, and Alford for lighting design and rigging. The entry experience merged strategy, design, and technology to create a bold, immersive showcase of SAP&#8217;s vision. Leveraging a multi-layered system of physical spaces, custom lighting, and digital brand opportunities, it welcomed over 15,000 guests into an engaging, social moment on the show floor\u2014creating shared experiences and inspiring them to discover more.<br><\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"c-padding-block content-[''] h-[30px] 2xl:h-[60px]\" with-spacing=\"false\"><\/section><section class=\"c-copy-block\"><div class=\"c-copy-block__wysiwyg s-wysiwyg txt-18\"><h4>Siemens at CES<\/h4><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thefreemancompany.com\/sparks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/05\/siemens-ces-2025-trade-show-exhibit-experience-design.jpg\" alt=\"Siemens at CES\"><\/figure>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wearesparks.com\/our-work\/siemens-ces-creating-innovations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Siemens at CES<\/a> won bronze in the Best Build category \u201cBest Trade Show Exhibit (Over 50&#8242; x 50&#8242;).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Siemens showcased an empowering role as a worldwide pioneer in the industrial metaverse at CES in Las Vegas. Freeman created a captivating 50&#215;70 hybrid exhibit blending custom, rental, and technology-driven elements to convey Siemens&#8217; narrative of transforming everyday experiences through cutting-edge industrial technology. The exhibit featured interactive elements in each of the four client story zones, enhancing attendee engagement. The success of the exhibit was reflected in Siemens&#8217; in-exhibit surveys, showing a 30% year-over-year improvement. The exhibit received a nomination for Best of Show and impressed visitors with its powerful stories and real-life resemblance to the renderings.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"c-padding-block content-[''] h-[30px] 2xl:h-[60px]\" with-spacing=\"false\"><\/section><section class=\"c-copy-block\"><div class=\"c-copy-block__wysiwyg s-wysiwyg txt-18\"><h4>Workhuman LIVE<\/h4><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thefreemancompany.com\/sparks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/05\/workhuman-live-2025-event-experience-design.jpg\" alt=\"Workhuman LIVE\"><\/figure>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.workhuman.com\/events\/workhuman-live\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Workhuman LIVE<\/a> received an honorable mention in the Overall Design category \u201cBest-B-to-B Environment.\u201d <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Workhuman partnered with Sparks for creative and event management and Freeman GC and A\/V to craft an open and connected environment for Workhuman LIVE, linking the general session, Workhuman Central, sponsor areas, and meal spaces. Workhuman Central featured four monochromatic content zones aligned to the event\u2019s core tracks, each with its own activations. At the center stood a striking Gratitude Bar with an eight-sided LED column serving as the visual and experiential anchor. Activations included a podcast space, Recognition Roastery, networking areas, live music, a sticker-enabled water bottle station, an AI photo experience, and an interactive office timeline, offering a dynamic blend of engagement, discovery, and community.<br><\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"c-padding-block content-[''] h-[15px] 2xl:h-[30px]\" with-spacing=\"false\"><\/section><section class=\"c-copy-block\"><div class=\"c-copy-block__wysiwyg s-wysiwyg txt-18\"><h5>Congratulations to all the winners of this year\u2019s Event Marketer Experience Design Awards.
