Her background includes senior roles at <a href=\"https:\/\/ustwo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ustwo<\/a>, George P. Johnson, Critical Mass, and Momentum, as well as co-founding the consultancy Outskirt Collective.<\/p>\n<p>In this new role, Caroline will lead Sparks\u2019 international marketing strategy\u2014amplifying our reputation, unlocking new growth opportunities, and positioning Sparks as the go-to partner for globally minded brands based in the UK and beyond.
