Our work with Varonis and Commvault placed first and second in the 30&#215;30 Larger Booth category. Let\u2019s take a closer look at these award-winning projects.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"c-padding-block content-[''] h-[15px] 2xl:h-[30px]\" with-spacing=\"false\"><\/section><section class=\"c-copy-block\"><div class=\"c-copy-block__wysiwyg s-wysiwyg txt-18\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thefreemancompany.com\/sparks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/05\/varonis.jpg\" alt=\"Varonis Beautiful Booth 1st Place\"><\/figure><h3>1st Place: Varonis<br><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sparks collaborated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3dexhibits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3D Exhibits<\/a> to design and create <a href=\"https:\/\/www.varonis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Varonis<\/a>\u2019 unbeatable booth. The exhibit was hard to miss, captivating and drawing in attendees with large overhead LEDs displaying key brand messaging and their new character, <a href=\"https:\/\/varonis.com\/blog\/behind-the-varonis-rebrand\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Protector<\/a>. The use of black and white color opposition within the space represented the idea of cyber protection, but also allowed the more vibrant brand elements to pop. The space was highly immersive with a swag wall, custom hat design bar, and numerous demo stations. These demo stations were designed with functionality in mind with ample storage available.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">After viewing a presentation, attendees received a Protector-themed coin that could be redeemed for a custom hat. These exciting, interactive elements further encouraged engagement while also contributing to conference buzz, increasing the number of attendees. The architecture, materials, textures, layout, engagements, sound, colors and lights created an unforgettable space for attendees to learn about Varonis.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"c-padding-block content-[''] h-[15px] 2xl:h-[30px]\" with-spacing=\"false\"><\/section><section class=\"c-copy-block\"><div class=\"c-copy-block__wysiwyg s-wysiwyg txt-18\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thefreemancompany.com\/sparks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/05\/commvault_2024-08-28-160344_uxlh.jpg\" alt=\"Commvault - Beautiful Booth Award 2nd Place\"><\/figure><h3>2nd Place: Commvault<br><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commvault.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Commvault<\/a>\u2019s booth boldly stood out with its sleek, all-white design, complemented by purple accent lighting that matched their logo. By aligning concise visuals with Commvault\u2019s message \u2013 the importance of testing cyber recovery plans regularly \u2013 Sparks created an engaging, memorable experience for attendees. Within the booth there were mannequins in cleanroom\/bunny suits and staff in coordinated attire. These visual touches further communicated Commvault\u2019s Cloud Cleanroom Recovery Campaign while increasing thematic authenticity. Sparks incorporated interactive elements like polarized sunglasses that revealed hidden content on privacy monitors. Providing attendees with this opportunity to engage with the brand allowed them to develop a stronger understanding of Commvault\u2019s commitment to cyber resilience.
