TwitchCon Berlin celebrates the unique identity of the European community, uniting creators and fans IRL. Showcasing our blend of global expertise and local knowledge, we designed dedicated zones for interaction, networking, and learning, transforming pixels into people. The experience hosted 1,455 partners, 2,365 affiliates, and 3,861 community members, igniting a new passion for Twitch globally.

Open Source Summit

Location: Bilbao

For AWS at the Open Source Summit in Bilbao, we introduced ‘Camp Open Source,’ inspired by nature’s profound impact on well-being. This experience transported attendees from the busy expo floor to a serene, sensory journey with birdsong and flowing water, inspiring a different type of conference conversation. As the sun set, a DJ, silent disco, flowing drinks, and glow sticks created a memorable celebration.

International Convention

Location: Paris

We produced the International Burger King Convention in Paris, a pivotal moment to unite Burger King’s global community. We crafted an environment that inspired learning and play, featuring an innovation hub and test kitchen. Franchisees, partners, and developers from over 50 countries gathered to learn, innovate, and compete, fostering a shared culture of excellence.

Inspire

Location: Las Vegas, London

For the 10th anniversary of Insp!re, Coupa aimed to unite its community in real life, fostering innovation and a vision for the future amid rapid technological change and disrupted work patterns. We produced the event in Las Vegas and London, uniting global customers with locally relevant experiences that embodied Coupa’s vision and values. As the creative directors, we ensured seamless coordination between our US and EMEA teams, resulting in a global experience that was uniquely Coupa and celebrated local communities.

Paris Air Show

Location: Paris

The aerospace market demands the wow factor. Sparks helped Carpenter Technology make a huge impact at the world’s largest event dedicated to the aviation and space industry, the Paris Air Show. Aerospace customers from around the world engaged in Carpenter Technology’s innovation-led experience and spacious chalets for education sessions, informal discussions, and in-depth meetings. Industry-best materials and commitment to quality are front and center in every space.

Kick off Camp

Location: Madrid

We partnered with Celonis to bring their vision of “Camp Kick Off” to life in Madrid, creating an immersive experience to inspire, connect, educate, and foster community among Team Celonis. The event featured powerful storytelling, moments of human connection, and interactive content creation. Participants left feeling inspired, educated, and deeply connected to the Celonis mission: making processes work for people, businesses, and the planet.

DKOU

Location: Berlin

At DKOU, Zimmer Biomet’s custom exhibit showcased its patient care approach through a clinical pathway journey. Floor graphics guided attendees through pre-to-post-operative stages, with five workstations detailing products and solutions. The 4.5m (14.7’) high booth featured a VR surgical experience, iMacs, LED walls, and engaging screens. The client praised the unique design and eye-catching effectiveness of the workstations.

Future of Clean Beauty

Location: Paris

Aprinnova’s luxe proprietary event inside the Eiffel Tower in Paris epitomized chic sustainability and stood out at InCosmetics Global. Branded screens outside set the stage for a lush, immersive experience inside, featuring large story walls, product stations, a living plant wall, and LED totems generating an AR forest. A French jazz singer added to the ambiance before a panel discussion, while a cocktail bar served custom drinks highlighting sugarcane, the company’s key ingredient.

Eurovision

Location: Turin

At Eurovision in Turin, Booking.com hosted over 800 influencers and media at their lively #BookingSoundLounge. This activation highlighted their sponsorship and featured an interactive music table where guests mixed Eurovision hits. Custom graphic travel scenes generated by the music provided a vibrant backdrop. Attendees shared photos on social media, competing for prizes.

Think Business Think Hong Kong

Location: Paris

The Think Business, Think Hong Kong event at Paris’ Carrousel du Louvre aimed to boost trade ties. Sparks’ 8′ x 40′ custom build recreated an authentic Hong Kong Tea House, impressing over 1300 attendees with meticulous details like custom wooden fabrication, glossy tiled walls, and replicated menus. Traditional Hong Kong catering enhanced the immersive experience, showcasing a successful blend of design, culture, and professionalism, achieving high client satisfaction.

Retail Fixtures

Location: Berlin

The global M&M’s fixture program rolled out to date in Berlin, Germany, the Mall of America and Disney World, offers all the colorful M&M’s fun the brand is known for. In addition to interactive sampling booths and space for fans to create custom M&M’s candies, each store offers a signature experience like the M&M’s Mirror in Las Vegas or the M&M’s cafe in Berlin.

Mobile World Congress

Location: Barcelona

The Salesforce experience at Mobile World Congress featured a curated space that showcased Salesforce’s power while offering a respite from the busy trade show floor. New, custom components and reconfigured structures provided an updated, on-brand look. Clear wayfinding, semi-private meeting areas, and a welcoming garden enhanced the customer experience. The barista cart and Slack claw machine added excitement, while sustainability measures ensured a balanced atmosphere.

Explore EU

Location: Barcelona

Collaborating with our European partners, Sparks brought VMware’s US event aesthetics to Explore Barcelona. Custom planters, greenery, and light wood finishes made the 24m x 31m space inviting, while large LED screens offered extensive brand messaging. Hands-on demos, theater presentations, and an interactive racing game provided varied engagement opportunities for attendees.

Frankfurt Book Fair

Location: Frankfurt

Wiley’s exhibit at the Frankfurt Book Fair featured a strategic and creative 8m x 23m x 11m peninsula design. The contemporary setup included dual wood tones, live florals, black ironwork, and layered materials for depth and visual interest. It offered 17 meeting tables for privacy and comfort, highlighted by an interactive “living wall” area and versatile lighting including backlit graphics. This successful design will be replicated internationally and in the U.S. through 2023.
