Sparks Appoints Caroline Sparkes as Director of International Marketing

We’re excited to welcome Caroline Sparkes as our new Director of International Marketing—a move that reinforces our commitment to growing Sparks’ global presence and delivering culturally relevant brand experiences around the world.

Caroline brings more than 20 years of experience leading growth strategies across top global agencies in brand experience, digital, and product innovation. Her background includes senior roles at ustwo, George P. Johnson, Critical Mass, and Momentum, as well as co-founding the consultancy Outskirt Collective.

In this new role, Caroline will lead Sparks’ international marketing strategy—amplifying our reputation, unlocking new growth opportunities, and positioning Sparks as the go-to partner for globally minded brands based in the UK and beyond. Her focus will be on designing campaigns that reflect our ability to navigate complexity, create culturally relevant experiences, and design best-in-class experiences with impact in mind.
