Sustainability
and Impact
Driven by
a beautiful future
In an industry that thrives on innovation, standing still is not an option. At The Freeman Company, we are propelled to take purposeful action that will improve our business and our world. Our commitment to the future is focused in three core areas: people, principles, and the planet.

People: Diversity.
Equity. Inclusion.
It’s our belief that a culture of belonging leads to more creativity and happier people who produce exemplary work for our customers. Our mission is to bring people together in meaningful ways. This responsibility requires we create and produce experiences that are authentic, unforgettable, and showcase the diversity and beauty of our customers, our people, and our communities.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive culture focused on equity, empowerment, empathy, respect, and belonging where diverse viewpoints and individual expression are revered.
Planet: The future depends on the sustainable work
we do today
Sustainability isn’t just an “add-on.” It’s woven into everything we do. We believe in leaving the planet a better place than we found it. That means doing our part to discover innovative solutions to protect the environment that sustains us.
Our sustainability agenda focuses on the biggest impact areas within the industry. With smart practices, eco-friendly material, outreach, and education, we can minimize the environmental impact of events. To that end, we are working to reduce our carbon footprint by focusing on waste, resources, energy, people, and products.
