TFC highlights innovative progress across people, planet, and principles

The report underscores how the collective strength of TFC, together with its brands, partners, and communities, drives meaningful, measurable impact.

The 2025 Impact Report highlights measurable progress across the organization and reinforces TFC’s ’s alignment with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on advancing well-being, equity, responsible growth, climate action, and strong partnerships. Key areas of include:

2025 Progress Highlights 

Planet: 

  • 174,150 kWh saved from the Electricity Efficiency Challenge — enough to power 200 homes for a month. 
  • 157,000+ sq. ft. of fabric diverted from landfills (~2.7 football fields).  
  • 7,000 chairs donated to support disaster relief efforts in North Carolina and California.  
  • 279 Green Team members across 38 teams and 34 locations (up from 250 in FY24). 

People:  

  • 95.1% employee retention rate.  
  • 46.8% of employees identify as women and 33.7% identify as racially or ethnically diverse.  
  • 43.5% of executive roles held by women.  
  • 30% increase in Business Resource Group membership (844 employees participating).  
  • 780 lives benefited through blood drives.  
  • 25,234 school supplies donated to students in need across Boys & Girls Clubs in three countries.  
  • 100+ employees served as mentors and ambassadors through university partnerships.  
  • Expanded upskilling: 12,666 safety and skills courses completed and 1,445 employees participating in regional exchanges.  

Principles:

  • 365 days without incident across 16 facilities (up from 14 the prior year).  
  • 2,800+ event crisis management plans implemented, with 31 crisis training sessions delivered.  
  • 2,471 employees and union workers trained in safety readiness.  
  • New safety technologies deployed, including national alert systems, surveillance upgrades, and active‑shooter preparedness. 
  • Continued commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and responsible operations through the company’s Code of Conduct.
